18. bosch & partner planning consulting research Discussion: Usefulness of German EAM Master for practice n No clear job profile -There is no clear job profile like “teacher” -There is need for EAM experts and there are jobs, however, students need to be creative to find them n Main fields of jobs: -Consultancy -Academia/ Research -Public Administration n Working conditions in Germany -Bad job perspectives around the year 2000; improvements due to rebirth of environmentalism and “climate change boom” -Mainly interesting and challenging projects and changing tasks (SEA, appropriate assessment, renewables)  EAM Master cannot provide for all qualifications -Often high work load and poor salary 
