8 FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATIONS ACTIVITYLEVEL OF ASSISTANCEREMARKS Opening of Showrooms 75%; 50% & 33% of leasing/rental Charges in 1 st, 2 nd & 3 rd year with ceiling of Rs. 1 crore for each Market/Product per annum In case of Multi product Showrooms/warehouses this ceiling would be Rs. 5 crore After review of performance financial support of 20% of leasing/ rental per year charges for further period not acceding 3 years. National level participation/organizing trade festival abroad 65% of the approved expenditure subject to ceiling of 5 crore for each fair for following components:  Venue cost including organizing expenses  Publicity cost  Cost of the catalogues  Translation and interpreter charges Assistance upto 90% for deserving cases if approved by empowered committee. LEVEL OF ASSISTANCE

9 FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATIONS ACTIVITYLEVEL OF ASSISTANCEREMARKS Displays in International Departmental Store 50% of rental charges of display space subject to a ceiling of Rs.1 crore per annum/each product Publication of World Class Catalogues 50% of approve expenditure for a particular market subject to a ceiling of Rs.10 lakhs per market per annum. The assistance can be considered after 3 years for updating the catalogue Publicity Campaign and Brand Promotion 50% of approve expenditure for two years in a particular market subject to ceiling of Rs. 1 crore per annum/per market. The assistance can be considered for the third year after a review of the result of the project in the first two years. Upto 90% assistance in priority sector having large employment generation, agriculture/food, Handicrafts, Handloom, Carpets, Leather & Minor Forest Produce including LAC for establishing Brand India with overall ceiling of Rs.2 crore on any product per annum per market. LEVEL OF ASSISTANCE

10 FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATIONS ACTIVITYLEVEL OF ASSISTANCEREMARKS Research and Product Development 65% of the total approved cost subject to a ceiling of Rs.1 crore for each product and balance 35% would be borne by the concerned EPCS/Exporters/TPOs Assistance to Industrial/Artisan Clusters 75% of the approved cost subject to a ceiling of Rs.1 crore. Assistance to reverse visits of the prominent foreign buyers 65% of the approved expenditure. Following components would be eligible  Venue cost  Publicity cost  Cost of the catalogues  Translation and interpreter charges 100% of the travel cost of foreign visitor in the economy/excursion class and hotel charges subject to ceiling of Rs. 75,000 ( Rs. 1 lakh in case of American continent per visitor. ) LEVEL OF ASSISTANCE

11 FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATIONS ACTIVITYLEVEL OF ASSISTANCEREMARKS Capacity Building -For imparting training to the Indian exporter 66% of the total approved expenditure subject to a ceiling of Rs. 10 lakhs. The balance 33% to be recovered by the institution from the participant. Following components would be covered: -Study Material -Venue Cost -Facility charges -Organizing expenses However, upto 90% of the cost of developing master study material for trainers and exporters subject to a ceiling of Rs.25 lakhs will be supported under the scheme. LEVEL OF ASSISTANCE

12 FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATIONS ACTIVITYLEVEL OF ASSISTANCEREMARKS -Up-gradation of Laboratories, Universities, Research Institutions for fulfilling sanitary and phyto- sanitary measures, related testing. -Up-gradation of Quality -Developing Common facility centres, Design Centers, packaging, etc. -Hiring consultants/ designers in the prospective/buyer country. Upto 75% of approved expenditure subject to a ceiling of Rs.50 lakhs per organization for necessary hardware and software needed for creating these facilities. Upto 66% of the approved expenditure subject to a ceiling of Rs.25 lakhs per organization per annum. 65% of the approved expenditure subject to a ceiling of Rs.50 lakhs per such center. 65% of the charges shall be provided subject to the condition that an exporter can apply for maximum two reimbursements in a year and the total ceiling for each exporter would be Rs.5 lakh per annum The support for hiring experts/designers/cons ultants shall not exceed Rs.10 lakhs in each case. LEVEL OF ASSISTANCE

13 FEDERATION OF INDIAN EXPORT ORGANISATIONS ACTIVITYLEVEL OF ASSISTANCEREMARKS Studies -Market Study -Export Potential Survey of the States -Studies on WTO related matters which further 75% of the total approved cost and balance 25% would be borne by applicant agency. 65% of the approved cost of Survey subject to the ceiling of Rs.1 crore and balnance of 35% would be borne by the organization of the State. Upto 100% of the cost Miscellaneous Developing Foreign Trade Facilitation Portal Under the Scheme Rs.2 corore per year has been earmarked for creation of such facility and assistance would be provided on 100% basis. LEVEL OF ASSISTANCE
