2 OCPP MISSION STATEMENT “...to enhance the individual and collective safety and general welfare of residents of Orillia by deterring crime in the City of Orillia. 3 PATROLLERS - WHO ARE WE Patrollers are responsible adult volunteers, citizens with a genuine determination to maintaining a stronger and safer community, thus promoting a safer place to live.
