6 Expectations: Students are required to –come prepared each day with dedicated DDMP binder with 5 dividers, pen, pencil, and highlighter, and their Cub Planner –keep organized binders (binder quizzes) Table of Contents –post homework in planner (planner checks)homework

7 Homework –Bring to class real world samples magazine newsletters flyers brochures, etc. –Sketch/planning documents Flash drive –convenient for transporting images and research from home Expectations:

8 Absences –Due to the nature of this course and the specialized programs used, most work is completed in the classroom. –Missed class time will require students to come to tutoring/open lab to make up that time missed. –Tutoring and Open Lab Schedule is posted on my website and in the classroom.Tutoring and Open Lab Schedule –DDMP is a high school credit course; missing more than nine days in a semester may result in a loss of academic credit.

9 Expectations: Semester Exams and Credit –A comprehensive final exam is mandatory for each semester. –A student missing an exam will be given a zero unless it was due to an excused absence. –Each semester must be passed independently. –Please refer to Student Handbook for more information regarding district policies on high school courses.Student Handbook
