7 Budapest University of Technology and Economics Department of Electron Devices 09-09-2013 Microelectronics BSc course, Requirements © András Poppe & Vladimír Székely, BME-EET 2008-2013 7 Requirements for the signature ► Two midterms according to central schedule:  ~5th week  ~13th week  Mark 2 (satisfactory) required for the signature ► 4 laboratory sessions need to be completed with success  small test passed  practice completed  documentation submitted and accepted by the instructor ► Final mark: 80% midterm test, 20% laboratory mark ► Second chance: once for one major test, once for a failed laboratory session
