11 A messenger comes to Creon and tries to tells him that Polyneices’s body was torn a part by dogs, but they collected what was left of it and buried him. They went to set Antigone free but when they got there she already hanged her self with her veil. Then Haimon lunges at his father but missed and then stabbed himself. 12 She curses Creon then kills herself out of grief. He now realizes that all of the events are his fault, and wants to die. But choragus tells its not his time to die.
