15. RESCUE Rapid Environmental Soil Clean Up Equipment Depending upon the size of the problem RESCUE is a scalable solution to rapidly and thoroughly tackle the problem of oil saturated soil. A smaller spill – for example some leaking underground storage tanks – require only our small RESCUE machine similar to a small cement mixer.
