8. Things to ask… Is the employer group a self funded insurance plan…??? Is it more costly to bill insurance company directly or pay out of pocket? What types of services will the benefit program cover??? MNT??? Standardized education programs???? What are the costs of these services, don’t give them away!! What is the desired outcome???

16. 2012 Results? 11,256 employees completed all requirements – 80%! Over 18,000 biometric screenings were completed at Hy-Vee stores Over 450 employees completed the Begin program
