11 PR Scenario 1: Recirc after PR 11 Day 1Day 30Day 60Day70 Day 80 RevCom PR closes. WG reviews comments. If WG deems any comment to warrant a substantive change to the draft, a recirculation ballot is needed. Initial sponsor ballot ends. WG reviews ballot comments and formulates responses. Initial sponsor ballot (30 days) and Public Review (60) are initiated PR comments cause a change. WG initiates 10 day recirculation ballot. Recirculation ballot closes. WG reviews ballot comments, if any. WG submits to RevCom when it has determined that no further changes will be made to the draft.

12 PR Scenario 2: Recirc Prior to PR 12 Initial sponsor ballot (30 days) and Public Review (60) are initiated 10 day recirculation ballot closes with no negative comments. PR comments result in no change. WG submits to RevCom. Initial Sponsor Ballot ends. WG reviews ballot comments and formulates responses. Initial sponsor ballot comments cause changes. WG initiates 10 day recirculation ballot. PR closes. WG reviews comments. If WG deems any comment to warrant a substantive change to the draft, a recirculation ballot is needed. Day 1 Day 30 Day 31 Day 41 Day 60RevCom

13 PR Scenario 3: Recirc Before & After PR 13 Initial sponsor ballot (30 days) and Public Review (60) are initiated Day 1 Day 30 Day 60 Day 61 Day 71 Recirc #2 or RevCom WG initiates a 10 day recirculation ballot and includes changes from both initial sponsor ballot and PR comments. WG determines if recirculation comments require a another 10 day recirculation ballot or if the ballot packages is ready to submit to RevCom. WG reviews recirculation ballot comments and formulates responses. Initial sponsor ballot ends. WG reviews ballot comments and formulates responses. WG decides to wait until PR closed to incorporate any potential changes into the recirculation PR closes. WG reviews comments. If WG deems any comment to warrant a substantive change to the draft, a recirculation ballot is needed.

14 PR Scenario 4: RevCom Prior to PR Day 1 Day 30 Day 45 Day 60 RevCom WG submits to RevCom, while the PR is still running. If a PR comment results in a change, the project will need to be removed from the RevCom agenda and the WG will need to initial a 10 day recirculation ballot, resolve any comments there of, and resubmit to RevCom. Initial Sponsor Ballot (30 days) and Public Review (60) are initiated Initial sponsor ballot ends. WG reviews ballot comments and formulates responses. WG decides a recirculation ballot is not needed. PR closes. WG reviews comments. If WG deems any comment to warrant a substantive change to the draft, a recirculation ballot is needed.
