4 Communication Strategy Objectives All target audiences aware of the research and findings in general Selected audiences (eg: DVC) keenly engaged by the LBC reports Public library staff has a detailed understanding of the reports Public library staff given guidance on how to use the findings for advocacy purposes Consensus amongst public library managers about where to from here with LBC
