3. Busy Serving or Discouraged? Local churches can become discouraged and stop serving, stop growing They look back at the way things were They look around and compare with other local churches (size, age, leadership, etc.) We need to learn to serve God where we are now, with what we have now

Serving Where You Are With What You Have By the Spirit of God (Ezra 3:12; 4:5,24; Zech. 4:6-10) By using what God gives you (Mt. 25:14-30) By sacrifice and courage (Mk. 14:3-9) By focusing on self, not others (Jn. 21:20-23) By offering what is most needful (Acts 3:6) By working within your ability (Acts 11:29; 2 Cor. 8:12) By focusing on service, not size (Rev. 3:8)
