3. Stakeholders Supervisor – His group gains recognition + Research Grant Joe Doe – Gets Money for his PhD/research Funding Agency – Expect promised research results in exchange for funding – Answerable to a higher authority (e.g Government)

4. To Sign or Not To Sign What happens if He Signs – Avoids trouble with supervisor – More likely to get the funding – Potential of getting into trouble later (if he can’t deliver promised results)

5. To Sign or Not To Sign What happens if he does not sign – He upholds his integrity – Possible strong disagreements with supervisor – Risk funding for his PhD – He saves ink (environmental aspect)
