2. All Christians agree Jesus died in order for sin to be forgiven. How did Jesus’ death make it possible for sin to be forgiven?

4. The RANSOM is the means by which God could justly release Adam from the prison house of death. Romans 6:23

6. What does the word “RANSOM” mean?

7. The word RANSOM is translated from the Greek word “Antilutron,” meaning “an equivalent, corresponding price.”

8. This concept of the corresponding price is a fixed law in God’s universe.

9. The concept of the RANSOM is expressed in Exodus 21:23-24, “You shall give LIFE for LIFE, eye for eye, tooth for tooth.”
