They possess genes which aid survival of bacteria in adverse conditions Glycogen granules Store of carbohydrate for respiration Lipid droplets Concentrated store used in respiration Cell membrane Partially permeable forming selective barrier between cell contents and external environment. Controls passage of substances into and out of cell
