This presentation contains forward-looking information that involves various risks and uncertainties regarding future events. Such forward-looking information includes, without limitation, statements based on current expectations which are based on assumptions and subject to a number of risks and uncertainties and are not guarantees of future performance of the Corporation. These risks and uncertainties could cause actual results and the Corporation’s plans and objectives to differ materially from those expressed in the forward-looking information. Most notably these risks and assumptions include, but are not limited to: successful removal/recovery of minerals, bitumen and solvent; Upgrading of Heavy Crude oil, changes in worldwide commodity prices; fluctuation in exchange rates; development and commercialization plans; legislative, political or economic developments including changes to relevant legislation in Canada or other jurisdictions; operating or technical difficulties in connection with development activities; requirement for additional funding; development timelines; potential values of crude oil upgrading, recovered minerals, bitumen and solvent; expected future oil sands production & bitumen losses; and prospective results of operations, financial position or cash flows that are based on assumptions about future economic conditions and courses of action. These and all subsequent written and oral forward-looking information are based on reasonable estimates, opinions and assumptions of management on the dates they are made and are expressly qualified in their entirety by this notice. Except as required by securities law, the Corporation assumes no obligation to update forward-looking information should circumstances or management’s estimates or opinions change.

Hydrodynamic Cavitation: Hydrodynamic cavitation is a natural process of bubble formation in mechanically or acoustically agitated liquids. The resulting bubbles focus and amplify the mechanical energy applied to the liquid and create microscopic hotspots of intense temperature and pressure. These cavitation bubbles act as nano-scale chemical reactors that accelerate and catalyze chemical reactions that would not happen otherwise The Result: Molecular bonds that bind materials together are destroyed. This process is known as “Cracking”

1. Solid or liquid inclusions (particles and droplets) are reduced in size (down to micron level) and evenly dispersed; 2. Molecular clusters, held together with van der Waals forces, are broken apart; 3. Large molecular weight compounds and complex chemicals are partially radicalized and disassociated. The effects of hydrodynamic cavitation

Cavitation is a powerful force. Historically, cavitation has been viewed as a negative occurrence, causing damage to whatever crosses it’s path The damage on this propeller was caused by the implosion effect of hydrodynamic cavitation

A “disruptive technology” to revolutionize all industries, and provide a greener future ACCELERATE ANAEROBIC BIOMASS DIGESTION REMEDIATE INDUSTRIAL ORGANIC SLUDGE INCREASE WATER REUSE EFFICIENY CLEAN INDUSTRIAL WASTE FOOD EFFULENT

Anaerobic Biomass Digestion: accelerates digestion of biomass to produce immediate generation of methane, after being processed via cavitation, to create peak methane gas production in a matter of days via cell lysis of the biomass, which allows full exposure of the cytoplasm for rapid digestion

Industrial Organic Sludge Remediation: (Industrial Food Waste) By mass aeration and oxygenation of waste effluent from industrial production, combined with the results of cavitation via the Quantum NanoTek™ Reactors. The biomass is broken down quickly into its base components. This remediates the BODs (biological oxygen demand) CODs (chemical oxygen demand) as well as TSS (total suspended solids) DRIED SLUDGE

Quantum NanoTek™ Reactors do the “heavy lifting”, and are augmented by “best of breed” support technologies integrated to meet your specific requirements. Online diagnostics, billing, and data collection are value added features

Industrial waste food effluent is an ongoing financial burden to processing companies globally. Costs associated with haulage, treatment, disposal and municipal surcharges, penalties and Fees all compile to present a sizable cost to the producer. Our system reduces or eliminates these liabilities. Providing for a ROI in months, NOT YEARS, with a simple, robust and chemical free solution Our custom configured systems are both modular and scalable, stationary or portable

A proven technology We are committed to getting solutions to the market for economic and environmental benefits A ground floor opportunity for global marketing partnerships Uses a mechanical process to replace conventional processes utilizing heat, chemicals or complex operations, resulting in cost savings and lower GHG emissions
