4 Administration Logistics… Contact Ms. Hazel or Ms. Trisha to discuss: Date Time, Payment: $10 per student (accompanying teachers, FOC) Edusave or cash? Number of students & teachers attending (maximum 40 students) Inform the principal and school, Arrange for bus transportation

5 Administration Briefing the students…. Give out consent forms one week before departure Make sure students are taught the relevant concepts Establish rules and regulations
