3. Panda facts Pandas are adorable creatures. They live in China and eat bamboo. There habitat has lots of leaves. When a mother panda gives birth she stays with her cub for about a month. A panda is black and white and hairless when first born. The mother panda gives birth to 1 or 2 cubs and only cares for 1 cub. Pandas are just amazing furry creatures.

4. Endangered pandas Pandas are very endangered many people are trying to save pandas. There are only 1,600 left in the wild and 127 in zoos. Panda habitats are being destroyed there is less bamboo for the pandas to eat they are dying. For example parasitic round worm is something that could kill a panda. Another example is their habitat is getting smaller and smaller. I use to think pandas were like any other bear but now I realize they really need help.

5. Chinese government The Chinese Government is doing many things to save the pandas. They are planting more bamboo and not destroying any more habitats. You can plant more bamboo too!
