ORG. ENTITY GSM WIFI VIRTUAL SERVICE NETWORK

Support for wired and wireless networked workstations Wireless PDAs Integrated GPS VoIP Integrated Video Teleconferencing Cellular Data Link 3G, EVDO, HSPA Integrated Wireless Color Printer, Copy, Scan and Fax Capabilities 2.4GHz (WiFi 802.11b/g – 300 meter range) 5.8GHz (P2MP Mesh – 500 meter range) Mobile Mesh Network GSM Cellular Network BGAN Satellite Terminal Embedded Mobile Mesh Network Integrated 800W Power Distribution Unit with Recharable 24V Fixed Replaceable Batteries (16-24hr run time) Wireless Mesh Network Link Tactical Access Point Internet HEADQUARTERS (Central Operations) Deployable Optional GSMEDGE Private Mobile Cellular Network Optional C4-NOMAD-TR1BD Solution Remote Architecture Is a robust telecom services which provide full remote capabilities. For ORG. Entity Global Sites What’s inside?

GSMnet-TR1BD Technology The GSMnet provides a full network-in-a-box architecture where an entire GSM infrastructure is embedded within the portable transport case. 1 TRX BTS Single Board Computer with the following BSC, MSC, VLR, GSN, HLR, SMSC, AUC, & Asterisk 2 BB Chargeable Batteries (24 Hr run time) UMTS and CDMA versions also available What’s inside?

Sierra Leone Deployment ORG network would provide GSM and broadband data services across the entire mine site as well as provide the GSM service to the vehicles at all times Vehicle mounted GSMnet to provide GSM coverage wherever the vehicle travels GPS enabled GSMnet allows for vehicle tracking GSM Coverage – ~5 mile radius VSAT NOMAD WiFi Coverage 200m radius WiFi Coverage GSMnet 200m GSM coverage WiFi Coverage Area Diagram is for illustrative and not drawn to scale Provide GSM coverage to allow for communications around the mining site in order to create a dedicated communication line to the miners further enhancing safety measures WiFi coverage area to extend coverage to existing office facilities allowing for expansion of resource capabilities

Ghana Deployment ORG network would provide GSM and broadband data services across the mine site as well as extend WiFi services to areas outside the mining area GSM Coverage – ~5 mile radius VSAT NOMAD WiFi Coverage 200m radius WiFi Coverage WiFi Coverage Area Up to 40 miles Mining Site Remote Site Provide GSM coverage to allow for communications around the mining site in order to create a dedicated communication line to the miners further enhancing safety measures WiFi coverage area to extend coverage to existing office facilities allowing for expansion of resource capabilities Diagram is for illustrative and not drawn to scale

Internet Network Topology VSAT NOMAD Sierra Leone GSMnet US LAN/PBX GSMnet Sierra Leone GSMnet Sierra Leone The ORG solution will create a private network allowing for all solutions and locations to be interconnected Satellite ISP earth station GSMnet and NOMAD solutions in Africa will be interconnected via satellite to a earth station provided by the satellite ISP VSAT NOMAD Ghana Canada LAN/PBX London LAN/PBX The GSMnet solution in the US along with other fixed office locations will be interconnected via the Internet

SiRRAN GSM Mobile Core INTERNET All calls placed and received while registered on the private network will be routed to the SiRRAN network, regardless of its location and the subscribed carrier. All visiting sub calls received while registered on the private network will be routed through the roaming core and then directed to the SiRRAN mobile core. Enterprise PBX Roaming Core Enterprise Servers Public Telephone Network Diagram is for illustrative purposes only as all network elements are not depicted Corporate Network Standard Handsets Mobile Data Transactions Voice Calls Any handset can access the system without the need for any application on the device, just as if they were roaming on any network operator Satellite is only required if no other broadband connectivity is available. Can utilize existing satellite service if subscribed. The mobile device can be assigned an extension and be apart of the corporate PBX. All calls placed to that extension number would be routed to the mobile regardless if it was in the private or public network. Public Telephone Network Private Cellular Solution All calls placed and received outside the private network while registered on a foreign network will be routed through the roaming core, no different than how roaming is handled today.

The Private cellular solution allows for seamless calling as if you were located within the office environment with access to all corporate applications at corporate locations containing the SiRRAN equipment. Broadband Corporate Office in US Broadband can be any of the following: Fixed Internet connectivity Wireless Internet connectivity Corporate satellite network Leased BGAN of VSAT satellite network NOMAD can act as a communications hub for the entire mining facility bridging communication services across the entire campus Provides the following: Corporate PBX Corporate Applications Network Connectivity Cellular service can be extended into mines by placing Cellular radio units throughout the mines Mining site in Sierra Leone Private cellular service can be provided within the corporate facility at the company’s regional office* Regional Office in Sierra Leone Description of service Employee travels from US to Sierra Leone Employee phone is provisioned on the private network along with office PBX extension Employee will receive calls in Sierra Leone that were dialed to the office extension in the US or directly to their mobile Employee can place a call to anywhere just like any cellular network Employee then travels to the mine site, enters the mine. While in the mine they have full cellular service to receive PBX calls, mobile calls, SMS, as well as mobile data *Regulatory approval may be required in order to broadcast in an urban area without being a spectrum licensee Diagram is for illustrative purposes only as all network elements are not depicted ORG ENTITY CORPORATE DEPLOYMENT
