Decreases loads on individual wheels so wheel diameters / tread widths can be reduced.

More efficient braking system further reducing load swing.
0-110V control interface direct to inverter reduced need for relays.

15. New Products New Range of 575V Inverter Drives for both CT & LT (IN PROGRESS)
Benefits: -
True 575V inverter range of drives (180 designs) to cover all Hoists and End Trucks.
Drives to be run in Star 60Hz.
No requirement for chokes or transformers.
New range of 600V inverters are currently being selected ready for standard panel design.

Designed to provide a speed match to competitors products.

Provides a slower lifting speed in slow than standard.
Allows the distributor to sell into a competitors area matching the standard speeds.

2/16 Pole DOL 2 Speed
10 : 1 Speed Ratio
Designed to provide a very slow, slow speed for precision location combined with standard fast speed.
Benefits: -
Provides a much slower lifting speed in slow speed.
Allows the distributor to sell against an inverter lift solution with a much more cost effective 2 speed motor.

18. New Products New Ranges of Hoist Motors (IN PROGRESS)
2 Pole Inverter Rated Motor
10 : 1 Speed Ratio (50/60Hz) + Turbo (87Hz)
New range of close loop inverter motors designed to be capable of running at full load to 87Hz thus increasing the hoist lifting speed.
Benefits: -
Increases hoist lifting speed by 173% at full SWL.
At base frequency the 2 pole motor matches the DOL 2 speed motor speeds.

4 Pole Inverter Rated Motor
10 : 1 Speed Ratio
New range of inverter motors designed for load dependant speed.
e.g. to be capable of running at full load to 50/60Hz (half speed) and half load to 100/120Hz (full speed).
