MedXpress currently processes on average 6000 chronic orders per month. The current member user base is in the region of Acute orders are still pretty low averaging at about 20 per month. 42% of MedXpress members claim formulary items and attract no co-payment compared with 34% at all other pharmacies. 12% co-pay as % of claim versus 19% for other pharmacies.
