Warning....... Some vitamins are very “giddy” and will pretend they are someone else.. You must decide in each case whether the introduction is genuine or if they are fooling you..... And respond appropriately! Each vitamin will individually give a brief introduction of themselves, in no time at all you’ll know them all!

CyanoCobalamin- B 12 If you are a vegan you probably already know about me, I play hard to get with you lot! Vitamin C - Ascorbic Acid I might be the least stable of all the vitamins but I think I am one of the most popular! I proved a great find for the “limeys” years ago and scurvy disappeared I am “Irons” best friend I am critical to the immune system, will fight that flue or infection and I do a lot of work with collagen - busy?
