An amazing model that can help you find more time in the day Made of two ingredients: IMPORTANT: your most important things; stuff that really matters URGENT: things that are in your face and demand your immediate attention

The “Yes-Man” Saying yes to things that are not important but they are urgent. These things seem important because of their urgency - Examples: - - Unimportant phone calls, texts, emails - -Other peoples small problems - Peer pressure - Too many clubs, activities, hobbies

The Prioritizer - This is the “Quadrant of Excellence.” This person does important things before they become urgent by deciding what has to get done first; prioritizing. Examples: - Planning, goal setting - Exercise - - Making time for Relationships - - Taking time to relax when other work is done. The “Yes-Man” - Saying yes to things that are not important but they are urgent. Groups of 4 (or 3 – depending) Each group gets a board and 80 Time cards. Each person gets a bead to use as their marker. Youngest person goes first. Take the first card off the pile, read it aloud and follow what the card says. Then, the next person has their turn. If you run out of cards, re-shuffle and start the cards again.
