AGAINST TRADE BARRIER As stated in Mongolian law about Standardization and conformity assessment: According to the agreements about usage and recognition of testing and conformity result made between Mongolia and international, regional organizations and international trade partner countries, if the products have agreed national mark of conformity and/or conformity certification these products shall not be covered by supervision and certification again. TRADE BARRIER FACILITATION Problems faced to fulfill above mentioned statement: - Conditions about quarantine and inspection of animals, plants and products originated by them were not totally negotiated by agreements between to countries’ authorities, - Export, import products are not totally covered by certification.

17. TRADE BARRIER FACILITATION Problems faced to fulfill above mentioned statement: - Standards on mutually supplied products were not harmonized to the international standards and these standards has not been negotiated by the countries. - Product label is in foreign languages
