3 3 UX-2014 UX-2014 is a scenario-based Design Reference Prototype and a detailed Design Specifications Manual and Policy Options Guidebook for an online health insurance portal Goal is to make it easier for people to understand the coverage they may be eligible for and to support their enrollment decision-making It is claimed to be the best-in-class user experience for enrolling in health insurance coverage

4 4 UX-2014 Design Elements Interactive Models – navigation based on human-centered research Common Scenarios – user stories and diagrams Common Flows – step-by-step illustrations of user pathways Screen Patterns – frame the user experience Components – buttons, screen layouts Visual Themes – font, color, grids, icons, illustrations Experience Architecture – logic behind screen flow Policy Implementation Considerations – areas for state customization
