4. My Dashboard o The user dashboard is a central page with information regarding the end-user. From this page the user can check everything that has value for him. In a sense, the dashboard is an extension of the lesson's main page with information for all the lessons that the user possesses. Depending on the PaperTalent edition this page can also include several social options. o The user dashboard also includes a tab with configuration options about the user and a tab with information about his learning progress and his position inside the organization in the Enterprise edition. 5. My Dashboard o In this tab the users can see all the available communication tools as well as the social options offered in the platform. My account o Through the "My account" tab the users can review their personal information and change some of them that are allowed to be changed, such as the password, name, surname, avatar etc. They can see their groups, they can map accounts with their basic account (in case the administrator allows the mapped accounts functionality) and finally they can review any payments they have made. 7. My learning status o The Learning status tab contains all the information concerning the learning status of the user. It allows the user to see the lessons and courses that are assigned to him and to review his progress in them. Organization o Through the Organization tab the user may see his organizational profile and edit his information, his placements inside the organization, his skills, the evaluations added for him by the administrator or his supervisors and his history inside the platform. 9. Files o Through the Files tab on PaperTalent, the user can see the files concerning him, uploaded by the administrator or his supervisors inside the organization. The user can delete these files if the administrator allows it, download them on his computer and he can upload his own files, that will be visible by the administrators and the supervisors. 10. My Courses o After login the user gets an overview of the learning material which is provided to him. The material can be subdivided by categories (as shown to the right). o The bars in front of the lessons show the progress of the users.

11. My Courses o If the user clicks on a lesson he is presented the content of the lesson. The options, calendar (optional) and material list are shown. A user can start or resume a lesson by clicking the button.
