2 What is Lean? 0 The core idea is to maximize customer value while minimizing waste. Simply put, lean means creating more value for customers with fewer resources. 0 A lean organization understands customer value and focuses its key processes to continuously increase it. 3 Lean Involves Process Change Usually, there are at least three versions of any process… What you think it is… What it actually is… What you want it to be… A clear understanding and communication of the current state is essential to establishing the future state!
