1. HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND SAVE YOUTUBE VIDEOS

2. Step 1
Go to Youtube and find the video you want to download.

3. Step 2
Put the work “keep” in the URL (internet address at the top) right before the word “youtube”. Press enter.

4. Step 3
This takes you to the Keep Tube site.

5. Step 4
Choose the format you want the file to be downloaded into – MP4 works well.

6. Step 5
Choose “Save As” from the Download Menu arrow.

7. Step 6
Choose the folder you want to save the video to. I created a video folder..

8. Step 7
The video should play in Windows Media Player.

9. Step 7
If you want to insert the video into PPT – choose Video from file from the Insert Tab.

10. Step 8
The Video should play when you select the Play button which should appear when you hover over the video.

11. Step 9
If you intend to save the presentation to a flash drive or a DVD it is important that you first “Package Presentation for CD.”

12. Step 10
If you don’t do this the video won’t be part of your PPT presentation.
