Our investigators include former law enforcement officials and are experienced in various areas of investigation including but not limited to Insurance Fraud, Criminal Defense, Civil Investigations, and Background Investigations. We are committed to acquiring detail oriented information to satisfy your needs. Our personnel include former FBI, Military Police, Local Government, and Insurance Industry Investigators to ensure that all possible perspectives are available.

9. Investigator Tools The “today” Private Investigator has the most up-to-date, state of the art “tools of the trade”,because we know as a client you expect it and we’re prepared to deliver. Our equipment includes Digital Video Cameras,Blackberries and Wireless Laptops for research purposes and to ensure that we have one hundred percent communication between our investigators in the field and the office to provide real time information.

11. What is the cost? The cost for our Service will vary for basic MLPS Surveillance Investigations Department to our MLPS Detective Department due the depth that the Investigation Detective will have to go and the requirements of your company contract with MLPS. This will be set as a contract for each case as each case will be assessed on the needs of the client, the cost of process by MLPS.

12. Surveillance Investigation Bronze Plan $475 This would be a “worker comp case” or basic Insurance claim where all information was provided by the client and internal investigations were not needed as to person, address, and type and plate of a vehicle, and only video and statement evidence was needed by return mail with daily updates. Includes All the Following Based on a Minimum of Four Hours Surveillance Required 4 hrs on site surveillance with one investigator. Video of surveillance with subject Statement of surveillance with subject noted Up to 100 miles travel Office work Please note there is a $100 upfront Investigator holding fee that will be deducted from the final bill. After four hours of surveillance, a $20 per hour surcharge will be added to the package plan if surveillance is still needed or requested by the client. Note, this package plan does not include tolls, state taxes, fuel surcharges, extra mileage, extra copies of video surveillance, written statements, criminal history checks and possible court appearances.

13. Detective Investigation Silver Plan $750 This would be where detective skills are paramount to the success of a civil or criminal case. Clients or companies provide few or little details and the detectives use their skill to build a strong case file that encompasses research, photography, video surveillance, canvassing for information, background checks, court appearances, finger printing and dusting, missing person finder and other various investigative efforts to conclude a case. Includes All of the Following for a four hour minimum Detective Investigation Detective will carry out background checks Detective will carry out vehicle ownership checks Detective will carry out criminal background checks Detective will use technology and research tools to assess the “subjects” residence, workplace, and known places of interest that subject may frequent Detective will then execute a well prepared investigation Detective will complete all reports and send in a timely fashion upon finalization of case. Please note there is a $300 upfront Investigator holding fee that will be deducted from the final bill. After four hours of casework, a $75 per hour surcharge will be added to the package plan if detective work is still needed or requested by the client. Note, this package plan does not include tolls, state taxes, fuel surcharges, extra mileage,extra copies of video surveillance, written statements and possible court appearances.

14. Detective Investigation Gold Plan $1000 per Day Full Expert Detective Investigation to include the categories of Insurance, Criminal and Civil cases. An Expert Investigative Detective is expert in a specific category such as automobile accident reconstruction, crime scene investigations, scene photography and measurement, witness credibility analysis, homicide, discrimination, serious crimes against a person, penalty mitigation, undercover operations, narcotics investigations, cooperate espionage, technical counter surveillance measures, court testimony experts, depositions and interim report experts, insurance defense investigations, cohabitation analysis, defendant and witness locate investigations. Detective will be expected to compile evidence and build a case for the client using his expertise. Expert Detectives work an eight hour investigative day. Please note there is a $500 upfront retaining fee that will be deducted from the final bill. After the first eight hour day, a $1000 a day fee is assessed for each case. Note, this package plan does not include tolls, state taxes, fuel surcharges, extra mileage,extra copies of video surveillance, written statements and possible court appearances.

16. Customizing Plans Clients can customize their plans according to their individual needs. A client or company will be entitled to a MLPS discount if a contract for a year or more is signed.
