2. God wants you well because: YOUR BODY IS HIS TEMPLE The Greek word Paul uses for temple is shrine. God dwells in you by His Spirit. His Temple needs to be spiritually pure morally clean and physically strong. 1 Corinthians 6:19

3. God wants you well because: YOUR BODY EXPRESSES HIS LOVING CARE Galatians 5:6,13

4. God wants you well because: YOUR BODY IS A CONDUIT FOR HIS HEALING POWER “They shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.” Mark 16:18, 20

5. God heals because: 1. It is His Name: “I am the LORD who heals you.” Exodus 15:26 2. Healing pleases Him: Jesus did always what pleased the Father and so always healed the sick. John 8:29 3. He cares for humanity and created the body to repel sickness. In His creation is every natural medicine humanity will ever need for its health.

6. Seven ways God heals: 1. He heals through His word. 2. He heals when we use the Name of Jesus as our Authority. 3. He heals by the power of His Spirit. 4. He heals in response to prayer. 5. He heals through our hands. 6. He heals through rest and quiet. 7. He heals through forgiveness.

7. Jesus Christ is “the image of the invisible God.” Jesus healed the sick wherever he went, and commanded those who believe to do the same.
