Sense of feeling more “valued” because of the training received. Quieter, doubting drivers transformed into eager contributory pupils. A sense of security and importance within the company Shared learning, a feel good factor plus a badge to prove it! A day wasted Company perspective Observed improvement in behavioural skills Awareness of costs….staff retention…you bet!
