24. 24 The main feature of Dubna SEZ is the possibility to become the centre of international cooperation in the sphere of high technologies. This is closely connected with the keen interest of JINR Member States in high-tech business development in SEZ. JINR Member States Committee of Penipotentiaries on its sessions of November 27-28, 2007 and on March 14-15, 2008 has supported the creation of the International innovative nanotechnology centre for JINR Member States and has recommended JINR Directorate to submit necessary documents to the Government of Russian Federation.

25. 25 Joint Institute for Nuclear Research invites its partners to participate in the special economic zone (SEZ) of technology-innovative type in Dubna. JINR will help in organizational and technical issues concerning business in SEZ in the sphere of nuclear - physical technologies and IT. Companies – SEZ residents would also have the following opportunities: to use the resources of Multi-access centre on nanotechnologies, to locate in the business – incubator for small enterprises, to get the start or venture financing and other services with the help of the Technology Transfer Centre.
