3. People who need to do this work should do it while on shift. Shift Leader can coordinate Sabellek and Cai (mostly) not on shift to monitor (fix) JMDC performance Shift Leader to keep notes on what is going on (in elog)

4. 1.Power on A side 2.Install new JAP 3.Execute all the power steps 4.Install latest software where needed on A side electronics 5.Run in stable condition (short period, including trigger rate test) 6.Allow all Detectors to do their various tests 7.Finalize all the software/config file etc. for flight on A side 8.Run in stable condition (long period) in AA Configuration (JMDC 0, etc.) 9.Power on B sides of E, R, S (keep A side on) 10.Install latest software on B sides 11.Test running with power on A&B side 12.Power off A sides of E, R, S 13.Run in stable conditions in AB, BA configurations (JMDC 2, 1) 14.Allow all Detectors to do their various tests 15.Finalize all the software/config file etc. for flight on B side 16.Run in stable condition (long period) 17.Testing Tracker interlock 18.Turn off detectors (go to STANDBY, PDS, J, M, TT, UG on) 19.TRD Monitoring 20.Power off
