4. PCCC Training at UF COM/Jax Executive decision by leadership to participate and train all faculty Mandatory Most faculty given time off from clinical duties No break in departmental and divisional budgets

PCCCC Training by UF COM/Jax Trainers Eight faculty were trained as trainer in October/November 2010 Four senior and four junior faculty members Trained all UF faculty and senior leadership Trained contracted physicians at Shands Trained some Baptist physicians in preparation for Baptist participating in the effort

7. Outcomeand Future Plans Evaluations by the participants were always in the “excellent” range Patient satisfaction showed a small uptick – however there are also other initiatives in place Training new faculty Ongoing training for ones already trained Sustainability??
