4. Statement of the Problem Pre-service teachers are learning technological tools and concepts during their education. However, when it comes time to implement this knowledge there is a lack of ability of bringing this theory to reality. With an increase of proper use of technology in the classroom, perhaps student participation and active engagement will also increase.
