To facilitate benefits of different Government schemes.  After death of husband appointment of heirs in Government department as a special case.  To initiate pension process for widows under Government schemes.

10.  To Issue a certificate as handicapped person.  To harass them pretending as they are carrying illegal Business.  For providing basic amenities like electricity connection, payment of Property taxes, water connection etc.,  To sanction loan amount, to transfer from one place to another on promotion, for giving admission to their children in schools, for providing benefits under the Govt. schemes for handicap, for releasing sanction amount given by Government under special scheme.  To sanction stalls and Telephone booths for handicapped.
