Your job is to become an animal, an animal that is about to experience the cold winter! How will you prepare? What animal will you become? Its up to you to decide. Choose an animal, and then get started. You'll have to explore to find out what your animal does to prepare for, and live through winter.

Home Introduction Task Process Evaluation Conclusion Teachers Task Your task is to work in groups of 4 to create a similar story to The Bear Snores On. Each group member must pick one animal to study and find out more about. Especially what their animal does in winter (hibernate, migrate, or stay active). After each group member researches an animal, they come together to create a catchy title (The Goose Flies On) and pick which animal will be the main character in the story. Then create the plot of the story: about these animals all meeting up in the winter time. Which animal would be "Snoring On", which animal would bring the food and what food would they bring. Which animal would miss the party because they were migrating?
