9. Have you been part of an initiative where change in practice was being implemented on a large scale? What worked? What could have gone better? How did that go?

10. Implementation ”The process of moving an idea from concept to reality” Implementation SCIENCE is the study of “how” to go about putting new ideas or practices into wide spread use with fidelity.

Being used by… RRCP’S all have an implementation specialist Many of the tools and resources will be part of the SSIP process (new indicator 11) ECTA center has a focus of work on Implementation process tied to both the DEC recommended practices and the ECTA system framework. Many others in the EC field are seeing implementation frameworks as an important part of their models or approaches being adopted.
