2. Reason for Changes: Problem Solving/Response to Intervention provides for data driven decision making at the school and district levels. This affords flexibility with cut scores that determine reading placement. We have adjusted to the FAIR/FORF language for Middle/High School placement accordingly.

CRRP 2010-2011 Change: “Careful diagnostic data review based on the FAIR ongoing progress monitoring process, and utilization of the RtI problem-solving model will determine instructional decisions as far as student placement in Tier 2 or Tier 3 instructional models.” Middle/High School Question #4 portion of response
