2 Catherine of Aragon Catherine was the youngest survivor of the Catholic Kings of Spain. Aged at 3, she promised her marriage to Arthur (Henry the VII eldest son). At the age of 16 she had beloved Arthur at her side until their marriage ended 6 months later when Arthur died. On June 11 th 1509 Catherine was 23 and married to Henry VIII they got married at Grey friars Church in Greenwich. Aged 30, Catherine gave birth to a daughter called Mary. Unfortunately Henry divorced Catherine to marry Anne Boleyn poor Catherine was only 47. In 1536 on the 7 th of January Catherine passed away the age of 50 also a broken heart. 

3 Anne Boleyn Anne Boleyn learnt how to speak French fluently. Anne Boleyn's sister, Mary, was a mistress for Henry VIII. In 1533, Anne and Henry were secretly married. Anne gave birth to a daughter, Elizabeth, on August 26th 1533. Apparently, Anne was not particularly pretty. Anne was stylish, intelligent and had a wicked sense of humour. Anne Boleyn fell pregnant again in 1534. Henry and Catherine were married when Anne and Henry fell in love. Anne was executed on the morning of May 19th 1536 because she had a girl and Henry wanted a boy. Anne was buried in the Chapel of St. Peter ad Vincula.

4 Jane Seymour Jane Seymour’s dad was called John and her mum was called Margery. In 1532 Jane was maid of honour. Jane was born in 1508. Jane Seymour’s son was born on the 12th of October 1537. Henry and Jane were married at the Palace of Whitehall in London. On the 30th of May 1536 Jane got married to Henry just eleven days after the beheading of Anne Boleyn. Jane Seymour’s son was called Edward. Henry was happy that Jane had a boy so he could be heir to the throne. Jane died 9 days after Edward was born because of the birth. Jane died on the 24th of October.

5 Anne of Cleves Anne of Cleves was b orn in 1515 in Dusseldorf. Henry nick named her the ‘Flanders Mare’. Anne was often invited to court and was referred to the ‘King’s Beloved Sister’. Anne and Henry’s marriage was signed in 1539. Henry first met Anne in Rochester. Anne and Henry were married on 6 th of January 1540 in Greenwich. On the 24 th of June they got divorced because Henry didn’t like her face. Anne was given Richmond Palace, Hever Castle and other properties. Anne died on the 16 th of July 1557, aged 41. Anne was buried in Westminster Abbey.

6 Kathryn Howard Kathryn’s name was spelled in 4 different ways which were Catherine, Katherine, Kathryn and Kathryn. Kathryn was born on the year of 1521. Kathryn and Henry got married on the 28 th of July 1540. Henry was 30 years older than Kathryn when they got married. Her mother was called Joyce Culpepper. Kathryn’s dad was called Edmund Howard. She was married to Henry for 2 years ONLY!!!! Kathryn was executed on the 13 th of February 1542. Her body was buried in St Peter ad Vincular near to the body of her cousin, Anne Boleyn. Kathryn was beheaded because she had an affair with someone else.

7 Katherine Parr Katherine Parr was born in 1512 and died in 1548. Her mother was called Maud green. Her father was called Sir Thomas Parr. Katherine was the eldest daughter of her mother and father. Henry and Katherine were married on the 12 th of July 1543. Her father died in 1517. Katherine had been married twice before she married Henry. She was widowed on the 28 th of January 1547. After Henry died she married for the fourth time to a man called Lord Seymour. After Henry had died Katherine had a daughter called Mary, but Katherine died because of giving birth.
