4. 4 Conclusions Final documents will be published in ERGEG web page by the end of July French capacity booking contract (interim) and transport contract will be released in the next days 2013 and 2015 capacity request to be submitted between 15 th and 30 th of September 2009, to the Joint Allocation Office. The allocation results will be published by the 30 th of October 2009

5. 5 Conclusions 2015 capacities designed to book capacities on both directions from Spain to GRTgaz North 2015 Binding (Second phase) capacity request to be called in February 2010 CRE deliberation of 2 nd July, propose to eliminate the tariff between GRTgaz and TIGF. French national authorities indicate their intention to endorse CRE orientations. Evolution of the French tariff and regulatory framework will take into account a study to be performed by TIFG and GRTgaz. They will set up a common model for the French network and will carry out a study by mid 2010, in order to define relevant flow scenarios and to evaluate congestion risks
