Total length of PRR – 116 kms with Right of Way – 100 m Land required – 2825 acres 8 lanes divided dual carriageway with service roads of 3 lanes on either side Central median of 12m with a provision for Metro / Mono rail and buffer zones of 14m between service road and main carriageway Provision for longitudinal drains in the buffer zones and along the edges of the service road on both sides All major junctions across National Highways and State Highways are proposed with interchanges to have signal free corridor

:OBJECTIVES : To forge a symbiotic relationship between Karnataka and its Diaspora. Investing in Karnataka – The Approval Mechanism Single Window Approach State High Level Clearance Committee (SHLCC) chaired by the Chief Minister – For Investments above US $ 12.5 Million State Level Single Window Clearance Committee (SLSWCC) For Investments between US $ 0.75 and US $ 12.5 Million The State has well defined processes to streamline procedure for approvals, clearances to facilitate a hassle free journey for the investor from planning to implementation. We have a State High Level Clearance Committee (SHLCC) chaired by the Hon`ble Chief Minister, Government of Karnataka, which clears projects with investments above US $ 11 Million. Similarly we have a State Level Single Window Clearance Committee (SLSWCC) which clears projects with investments between US $ 0.6 and US $ 11 Million. We have a Government of Karnataka Organisation known as Karanataka Udyog Mitra (KUM) which when translated to English means ‘FRIEND OF INDUSTRY’ . Karnataka Udyog Mitra acts as a single point contact for investors and provides escort services and facilitations to investors for investments in the State. Karnataka Udyog Mitra Single Point Contact Point for Investors acts as a secretariat for the above committees 22 22
