2 2  Since the last AG meeting, there has been two written procedures with the AG to seek its advice on Change Requests (CRs) following the recommendations made by the Change Review Group (CRG) of approving the following CRs* Written procedure from 1 to 12 August 2013 (CRs with no cost, no planning impact)  CR 0416-BFD - Removal of the currency field as a search criterion in the query screens related to the static data set-up of pre-defined and standing liquidity transfer orders  CR 0417-BFD - Correction of typos and minor clarifications on the BFD  CR 0418-SYS - Digital signature on business layer Written procedure from 27 September to 4 October 2013 (CRs with no planning impact)  CR 0340-URD - Definition of the allegement delay periods (no cost impact)  CR 0409-SYS - Support the migration of recycled instructions (cost impact)  CR 0411-SYS - Blocking and release of messages during migration weekend (cost impact)  CR 0422-SYS - Billing of External settlement scenario (no cost impact)  CR 0420-SYS - Correction of typos and minor clarifications on the UDFS (no cost impact) * The CR 0419-URD (Removal of dedicated link from the URD and related technical documentation) is considered as approved after the CSG did not raise any objection to its final endorsement on 26 September 2013. The CSG has not taken a decision about how this CR should be reflected in the Framework Agreement Past written procedures on Change Requests with the AG Change Review Group activities

3 3 Change Requests to be submitted for approval Change Review Group activities On 22 November*, the AG will be invited to give advice on the following Change Requests recommended for approval by the Change Review Group meeting of 24 October 2013 Change Request on the URD (no cost, no planning impact)  CR 0424-URD - Links between securities accounts and T2S parties Change Request from the Migration Sub-group (no cost, no planning impact)  CR 0434-SYS - DMT File specifications update Change Requests resulting from testing activities (no cost, no planning impact)  CR 0426-SYS - Securities valuation bulk process  CR 0428-SYS - Updates of Message Documents  CR 0430-SYS - Updates of Business Rules * Once the CRG finalises its recommendations

4 4 Change Requests for information Change Review Group activities The CRG has not yet taken a final decision on the below Change Requests. The CRG will discuss them in the CRG Telco of 21 November 2013 and the CRG meeting of 16 December 2013Change Requests Change Requests from the Migration Sub-group for information  CR 0431-SYS - Queuing of incoming messages  CR 0432-SYS - Dedicated script to update static data for complete migration wave  CR 0433-SYS - Propagate static data changes Change Request resulting from testing activities for information  CR 0421-SYS - Previous partial settlement confirmation ID Change Requests on the URD for information  CR 0415-URD - Removal of the possibility to grant a role to another role  CR 0425-URD - No check on active transactions or holdings in T2S before deleting a Security, Securities Account or Dedicated Cash Account Other Change Requests for information  CR 0429-SYS - Primary CMB BIC  CR 0435-SYS - Replace dependency of static data updated on auto-collateralisation eligibility by a time-based approach

6 6 Overview on Change Requests to be submitted for approval (I) Change Review Group activities Change Request on the URD  CR 0424-URD - Links between securities accounts and T2S parties  The CR clarifies which T2S Actor can hold securities accounts; it also clarifies the content of the Business Application Header of the inbound and outbound messages in different scenarios (e.g. CSD instructing on behalf of a participant, DCP instructing, T2S generated instruction) Change Request from the Migration Sub-group for approval (no cost, no planning impact)  CR 0434-SYS - DMT File specifications update  The CR makes some technical updates on the Data Migration Tool (DMT) file specifications such as the amendment of the format of structured files, the interoperability of character set and technical limit for the number of rows

7 7 Change Review Group activities Change Requests resulting from testing activities for approval (no cost, no planning impact)  CR 0426-SYS - Securities valuation bulk process  The CR implements a more efficient and lighter process to upload securities valuations for the Central Banks: 1.Replacement of the inbound/outbound XML files that include the securities valuation and T2S response with a flat file 2.Removal of the check on the business signature (the network signature would still be checked); 3.Postponement of the upload of securities valuation in the Static Data 4.Implementation of a “load & replace” logic for any change of a previously-uploaded securities valuation (also for securities valuation for client-collateralisation) 5.Anticipate the reception from CBs of collateral-related data in a time-window from 17:45 until 19:00 at the very latest Overview on Change Requests to be submitted for approval (II)
