1 Explanation about three ways to obtain CD emissions in the present GTR and a proposal for the amendment E-Lab group WLTP-07-16e

2 Emissions in CD mode for OVC-HEV are described in three sections in the present GTR. (1)Annex 8: 3.2.4.7. Each individual full WLTC in the CD test shall fulfil the applicable exhaust emission limits. (2)Annex 8: 4.1.1.1. CD mode emissions (3)Annex 8: 4.1.1.3. weighted emissions CD test emissions in the GTR

4 Proposal for the issue OIL #54 <weighted emission in CD mode) 1)Section 4.1.1.1 (CD mode emissions) in Annex 8 is deleted. 2) Section 4.1.1.3 (weighted emissions) in Annex 8 is kept. (Annex 8: 3.2.4.7. is kept.) If weighted CD mode emissions (4.1.1.1.) is not requested by any CPs, e-Lab proposes followings. e-Lab’s proposal for the amendment
