The Leader that God uses…. 1.Has a great Purpose in Life (Philippians 3:7-14) Knows the purpose that God gave them? ( You must answer this questions) 1.What are your burdens? 2.What are your gifts? 3.What are your own desires and passions? 4.What others tell about you? 5.What are your dreams and visions? 6.What opportunities you had ahead of you? Preparing your own Hearth 2.Takes every obstacle out of the way to receive God’s grace in his life.(Hebrews 12:1-2) a.Character communicates credibility b.Character produces respect c.Character creates consistency d.Character earns trust Leaders must chose to: a.Develop personal discipline b.Develop security and personal identity c.Develop Personal conviction, value and ethics

Preparing your own Hearth 3.He puts himself in God’s absolute Disposition (Romans 12:1-2) Three Attitudes of complete surrender to God 1.You have nothing to prove 2.You have nothing to lose 3.You have nothing to hide 4.He learns how to prevail in pray (James 5:13-17) Three type of prayer 1. Ask This is the prayer of faith 2. Search This is the prayer of consistency 3. Call up This is the prayer of intercession

Preparing your own Hearth 5.He likes to study the word of God (2 Timothy 3:16-17) To study the word of God means to examine everything to understand the meaning 1.At one TimeWhat it means for the original audience? 2.At all timesWhat is the eternal and universal principle that we can learn from it? 3.At that timeWhat we should do to answer that? 6.He has a life transforming message to change people’s life. (Philippians 2:16) Three attitudes that Paul had concerning the Gospel (Romans 1:14-16) 1.I have a sense of obligation to people (v.14) 2.I am eager to come to you (v.15) 3.I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ (v.16)

Preparing your own Hearth 7.He has faith in results Common Characteristic in People of faith (Hebrews 11:13) 1.VisionEach one “sow by faith” the promises of God. 2.TrustEach one was secure of God’s promises 3.Strong DesireEach one embraced God’s promises as their own 4.Resolutions Each one confessed that they are pilgrims on earth 5.DreamsEach one received God’s dream 8.He chose to serve in Attitude and in Action it always begins with a need. Philippians 25:11 1.That need produces passion in them 2.The person acts according to the need 3.The need moves others to cooperate.

Preparing your own Hearth 9.Stir up the Holy Spirit Gift in himself and in others 1 Timothy 4:13-16 Leader develop themselves in this natural order 1.Build up a primarily gift 2.Develop that gift 3.Use that gift to serve 4.That gift help him to develop a platform of influence 5.Flourish on that gift 10.He is Secure enough to impart power in others. Juan 13:3-5 Leader are secure in: 1.his focus in service 2.That his identity is in God 3.Look to serve others 4.In increase value to others

Preparing your own Hearth 11.He lives under the anointing of the Holy Spirit Ephesians 5:18-20 1.Anointed leaders have spiritual authority over others 2.Anointed leaders see God’s move in their ministries 3.Anointed leaders have a life that demand a supernatural explanation 12.He choses to be an example of life before leading others. 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 1.Values developing their character rather than abilities.

Why a heart of integrity is important to a leader? Leadership is base in trust Integrity has a value of influence Leaders work harder for their integrity than for their image Integrity means to live the truth first before leading someone A charismatic person attracts people but only integrity keeps them together. Integrity is a victory not a gift. You are the only one that can change your life if you allow God to do it. Leaders live in higher standards that others
