The honeycomb is anodised for corrosion protection and Glass fibre will be used as interface layer beetween CFRP an honeycomb. The cells are vented in order to achieve a uniform atmosphere within the sandwich. For adhesive bonding of the facing and the core an epoxy resin is used.
