13. PA-TIP Reconciliation Rosters The annual Reconciliation Roster gives schools a final opportunity to report ineligible students or changes to a student’s status. An actual graduation date should be provided ONLY if the student has graduated. The roster must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Future disbursements are withheld until it is returned. 13
