6. Item crafting and upgrading through a simple and easy to use Drag-and- Drop interface. Equipping Minions uses a similar Drag-and-Drop interface. Clear visuals communicate the in-game effect of all items and upgrades by using icons and animation effects to convey meaning. Crafting variety means there are many different types of items to craft and upgrade. Some are decorative, like a nice hat, whilst others are much more functional, like a pair of spring-boots. Gifts and component requests allow players to assist and receive help from their friends, building the social engagement. Reducing construction times can be achieved by players assisting each others projects or temporarily trading their Minions. META GAME ELEMENTS: CASUAL AND SOCIAL

7. CONTINUED ENGAGEMENT AND ONLINE PRESENCE Promotional passcodes for item unlocks placed on advertisement items and websites will also keep the players interested and engaged with the experience. Viral items can unlock based on beating another players flag marker in the online game or visiting a friend who has a viral item. Seasonal events and items will keep players coming back throughout the year. Distance markers in the online levels serve as a visual leaderboard for competition. Only the players best distance in each level is shown. Customizable markers can be minions, decorations, unique flags, trophies or even collectible items for other players to use.

8. Items and components can be purchased and upgraded allowing further adjustments, customization and personalization to items. Outfits and equipment will be available for the Minions to use when working on a cannon, or flying through the skies.
