1. Socorro HS Feeder Pattern We will work to increase the retention of students in elective programs in the transition from Middle School to High School.

2. Socorro HS Theater High School leadership with Middle School students once a month. Meet as a feeder pattern once a month. Increase student play participation.

3. Socorro HS Art Increase student entries at SISD Art Show, Community College, & El Paso County Art Show. Collaborate with Elementary Art Reps/Coordinators. Showcase student art work with online gallery.

4. Socorro HS Choral Encourage parent involvement in the choral programs at each campus for the purpose of increasing support for the programs and to increase the audience participation in performances. Enhance the vertical alignment increasing cross- campus collaboration through rehearsals (before/after school), feeder concerts, and other activities.

5. Socorro HS Band Align schedules between all Middle School and High School campuses. Collaborate with cross visits between the campuses. Homogenous classes/test instruments before the start of the new school year.

6. Socorro HS Orchestra Encourage parent involvement to become more supportive in the programs & to increase audience attendance. Solidify fundamentals through the Middle School and High School campuses. Increase student commitment in the Middle School and High School campuses.

7. Socorro HS Mariachi Increase retention of Students. Present more music theory and fundamentals. Focus on basic mariachi techniques.

8. Socorro HS Guitar Increase participation in UIL Solo & Ensemble. Develop a more unified guitar curriculum across the district. Raise the standards of guitar curriculum across the El Paso region.

9. Socorro HS Dance To foster creativity and facilitate critical thinking in a collaborative learning environment. Integrating the TEKS/in math, Science, writing thru Dance Students may enhance creative thinking, integrity, discipline, patience and self-confidence which can be applied to all future endeavors.

10. Socorro HS Color Guard Maintain current color guard trends and rules. Move up one or two placements from previous seasons. Maintain the eligibility calendar for a successful year.
