2. APPLICATION (a) Pad application is recommended for optimum results The goods are padded at 20-30 o C, pH 5.0-6.0 with 10-40 g/l NEARFIX CH and dried in the normal manner. This liquor concentration assumes a wet pick- up of 100%. (b) NEARFIX CH may also be applied by exhaust application. Start at room temperature. Liquor Ratio 1: 10 - 1: 20 Add 2 – 6% o.w.f. NEARFIX CH, run 5 minutes, raise temperature to 40 – 60° C over 5 minutes, run 10 – 15 minutes, rinse and dry. NEARFIX CH gives durable improvement in fastness to UNI EN ISO E03 Chlorinated water fastness with 50 mg/l and 100 mg/l active chlorine, and to JIS-L-0884 test with 20 ppm Cl 2 (severe).
