Heart is a dual functioning machine – electric generator and pump.
Change in heart’s physiology will cause change in EKG waveform.
Apply Digital Signal Processing Principles in digitizing and transforming 12 lead
ECG into frequency components of energy value (uV) at frequency (Hz).
- Use differential diagnosis to identify and select diagnostic indexes.
Statistically compare the value of each index against the value from the
data base to determine abnormal (+) or normal (-) for each diagnostic index.

Two Lead Analysis:
analyze the digitized data from the two leads (V5 and II) to determine the (+) or
(-) for one diagnostic index designated for phase shift and five (5) indexes for
impulse response; and
